1. Why should I sign up for the newsletter
Signing up for our newsletter puts you in first place to recieve infomation about our upcoming sales, events, and giveaways.
2. Why do I need to provide my contact info?
Providing your contact information (name and email) when applying for newsletter helps us to know who we are emailing. Providing your contact information when purchasing items allows us to send your package to the corrcet location. Because privacy of our customers is our top priority, all information provided on your be half is kept secured in out databases, we do not sell information to third party applications!
3. When will I receive my package?
Packages ship out within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday) after purchasing. If you purchase an item(s) on Saturday and Sunday, your package will ship out the next business day. Priority packages ship within 1-3 days, general shipping ships within 2-8 days, international shipping could take up to 13 days.
To ensure that you recieved your trackin information, please make sure to add our email to your contact list (email@example.com). In the event that you do not see an email, please check your spam folder, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

5. I paid for my item(s), now what?
Please refer to your email and wait for your tracking information. Packages will ship out within 24-48 hours. If item was purchased on a Saturday or Sunday, package will then be shipped out on the next business day (Monday).
6. What size standards does your store use?
Urban Prestige uses the U.S. Women's sizes for clothing items. To know if these items will fit you, please refer to the chart below:
7. How to track shipping?
We use USPS to ship our packages. Use the tracking number found in your email and go to their online tracking page to track your package. You can find the website here.
8. What to do if I haven't received my package yet?
Track your package on USPS' website using their online tracking tool. Find the online tracker here. Then please contact us at email@example.com and let us know of the issue. Depending on shipping we will be able to issue a refund. For example if you paid for priority shipping and your item has not arrived within 2 weeks, we will issue a refund.
9. How do I return items?
If you have recieved a defective item or need to return/exchange something because it doesn't fit, please make sure to:
a) email us that you are returning or exchanging an item. When exchanging, we will let you know if we have the correct size or not. Also inform us why you are returning/exchanging so we can better help you in the future.
b) take photos of defective/returning items and include these in the email.
c) Include copy of receipt in package to return

e) When package arrives we will inspect items and refund your money via Paypal. Please note that there is a $2 re-stocking fee on jewelry and accessories and $3 re-stocking fee for clothes. Original payment (price of product + shipping) will be refunded. Money used to pay for return shipping will not get refunded.
g) If you are exchanging, correct item will be sent to you after inspecting items to be exchanged.
10. Do I need to use PayPal to purchase?
Yes, currently we only use Paypal as a means for payment.
11. How do I apply a discount code?
After you add items to your shopping cart, click on your cart and you will be direct to the purchasing page. There will be an "Apply Coupon" button, click on this button and enter the discount code. Enter code Love2Shop for 10% off your entire purchase!
12. How do I find you on Social Media?
